2021年是中国共产党成立100周年。当今世界正处于急剧变动之中，走过百年历程的中国共产党也正在迎接历史性的新机遇新挑战，世界社会主义在新时代背景下的前途与命运也值得深入探究与思考。为了回应时代变革提供的研究议题，研讨21世纪马克思主义领域的重大理论与实践问题，促进政治学科的交流合作与共同发展，浙江省习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心、中国政治学会、浙江省社会科学界联合会、中共浙江省委党校拟以“百年大党与世界变局”为主题，于2021年11月在杭州举办国际学术会议。我们竭诚欢迎国内外学界同仁参加此次会议。如因新冠肺炎疫情等原因导致您无法参加现场会议，我们也同样欢迎您通过录制视频发言或连线交流的方式参加会议。如您有意参加此次会议，请注意以下事项：

1.请于2021年10月15日前将会议论文或发言提纲以及参会等信息发送至以下电子邮箱：476847785@qq.com。

2.会议接受的论文语言包括中文、俄文、英文三种类型，论文字数以6000-10000字为佳。如提交中文论文，参考文献和注释方式请参照《政治学研究》的规范要求；如您的论文是以俄文或英文撰写，注释和参考文献请采用APA格式。

3.发言提纲或论文应与会议主题契合，可以围绕但不限于以下一些主题：中国共产党百年历史的经验启示；中国共产党百年屹立的理论解析；中国共产党百年来管党治党的主要经验；中国共产党百年历程的国际视角解读；当前世界政党政治的演变态势；中国共产党治国理政经验的时代价值与世界意义；中国道路与中俄等国家的政治学发展；世界变局与中俄等国家的政治学发展；西方政治学发展的前沿动态、存在的问题及其理论反思；中国、俄罗斯政治学发展的现状与前瞻；中国、俄罗斯政治学发展的问题、挑战、机遇与方向。

4.此次会议的工作语言为中、英、俄三种语言，现场配有同声传译。如您能来现场参加会议，我们将承担往返机票和食宿等会议相关费用；如您以视屏连线方式或提交论文方式参加会议，我们将适当向您支付视频制作、论文稿费等费用。

Call for Papers

Theme and Objectives

The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The world today is undergoing rapid changes, and the CPC, which has gone through a century of history, is also facing new historic opportunities and challenges. The future and destiny of the international socialism in the new era is well worth exploring and thinking. In order to respond to the research topics provided by the times, to discuss major theoretical and practical issues of Marxism in the 21st century, and to promote the cooperation and common development of political science, Zhejiang Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Chinese Association of Political Science, Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Circles and Party School of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC, plan to hold an international academic conference in Hangzhou in November 2021. The theme of the conference is "The Centennial Party and the Changing World". We sincerely welcome you to attend the conference; if you couldn’t come to Hangzhou due to the COVID-19 epidemic or other reasons, we look forward to seeing you by a video of your speech or online communication.

Paper Submission

Reply to us as early as you can if you intend to attend the conference. Please send the conference papers or speech outlines to 476847785@qq.com. The submission deadline is October 15, 2021.

The paper languages accepted by the conference include Chinese, Russian, and English. The word count of the paper is preferably 6000 to 10000. If you submit a Chinese paper, please refer to the normative requirements of CASS Journal of Political Science for reference and annotation methods; if your paper is written in Russian or English, please use APA format for notes and references.

Languages & Fees

The working languages of this conference are Chinese, English and Russian. The conference provides simultaneous interpretation service. If you could attend the conference, we will cover all costs for travel and accommodation; if you participate in the conference via Internet, We will pay you fees for video production and related costs. You will get paid if your paper is accepted.
